Our team as a whole has improved a lot and we are starting to see that especially with some guys on defense. It's fun to see guys, who were in a similar position I was last year, taking ownership and performing on another level they thought they weren't capable of. For the rest of the regular season, we have some decent competition, yet we are mainly focused on sharpening our weaknesses and what we can control for the playoffs.

Personally, I feel like I have improved a good bit with my eyes and reading my keys as well as timing up blitzes. I think I have done a better job these past two games of dropping when I see high hat and using my hands to get blockers off of me. I still have a lot to improve on but I believe I'm headed in the right direction with my game and I'm having a lot of fun.

I am still 100% going to Wake and am enjoying watching them every weekend. I speak with the coaches every week and am constantly receiving mail from them. I enjoy reading the letters and the inspirational quotes with them. They are always checking in to make sure everything is going well and are persistent in telling me if I ever need anything to just let them know. We have good talks about the family and how football is going on either side and it's good to speak with them.

I will be attending the Wake vs. Army game as well as the Wake vs. Clemson game. I can't wait to get down there and see the atmosphere and see the guys. It will be fun to see the coaches and get a feel of how the game experience will soon be for me a year from now.
