The Wake Forest football program announced the transfer of redshirt freshman offensive lineman T.J. Haney on Tuesday.

Haney signed with Wake Forest in the class of 2015. The Gaffney, South Carolina native chose the Demon Deacons over other offers from Marshall, Old Dominion, Vanderbilt, and Yale.

He redshirted in the fall of 2015, so his Wake Forest career ended before it really even started.
