Wake Forest head coach Jeff Bzdelik
Opening statement: "Just a really, really good team comeback. In that second half, we did a lot of really good things defensively and offensively and just played a really good second half. I was proud of our team, 17 assists for the game. St. Bonaventure had 11 points in the first half off turnovers and only four in the second."
On Tyler Cavanaugh's development and why he's come on strong here recently: "Well, the reason he's come on strong recently is because he works, like several of our players, extremely hard. He almost works to hard. I have to kick him out of the gym sometimes because he gets fatigued. He's really worked hard over the spring, summer and fall to change his body to make himself stronger and more athletic."
Wake Forest guard Codi Miller-McIntyre
On adjusting at half time: "I just did not want to lose. We knew that the first couple home games we came out in the second half kind of slow and we bury ourselves in a whole and then try to fight back at the 10:00 mark. We did not want to do that this game, we wanted to stay right there with them and that's what we did. We came out with energy and we came out with passion."
Wake Forest guard Coron Williams
On his three pointers: "I think we were gaining momentum already but that it solidified our momentum. That got the crowd really into it."
On the Adjustments made at half time: "We came out with more energy in the second half. I think we finally dominated the boards in the second half. They were killing us in the first half on getting little tip-ins here and there but I think the winning plays that we made were tremendous."
