Desrosiers and Fields to leave

Deacons Illustrated has not received confirmation, but Blogger So Dear reported Wake Forest sophomore center Carson Desrosiers and freshman point guard Anthony Fields are transferring.
This comes after Wake announced on Tuesday, March 20 that sophomore point guard Tony Chennault was going to transfer.

The destinations of Chennault, Desrosiers and Fields are unknown.
Desrosiers averaged 4.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.9 blocks in 21.6 minutes per game this year, while Fields averaged one point, one assist and 0.5 rebounds in 8.9 minutes per game. Chennault was the team's third leading scorer at nine points per game, and was the team-leader in assists with 2.8 per game.
If Desrosiers and Fields transfer they would bring the total players to leave the program under Jeff Bzdelik's watch up to eight in his two years as head coach of the Demon Deacons.
The Deacs are 21-42, (5-27 ACC) during Bzdelik's tenure in Winston-Salem.
Stay tuned for more updates as Deacons Illustrated follows this developing story.
